We are conscious of the amount and type of packaging we use at monoyaki. Re-using and recycling is very important to us. We recycle all newspaper, cardboard packaging and plastic packing crates ex Japan to do our part for the environment.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on weight. Enter your full street address. The shipping cost calculator will display the total cost for delivery to your selected postcode or suburb within the checkout.

Delivery instructions and time frames

monoyaki uses Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.  

For orders processed during our business hours, we endeavour to pack and dispatch within 24-48 hours. Standard orders will take between 2 - 13 business days to arrive, depending on your destination.

Please note that Australia Post do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Please be prepared for slight delays to your delivery around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

If you are not home when Australia Post (or their agent) attempts to deliver your order, they will typically leave a note or calling card. This calling card usually contains the details needed to arrange a suitable re-delivery date or collection point.  If, after a period, your order is returned, we will contact you and either arrange another delivery (at an additional cost to you), or we will arrange a refund of the order value less any incurred delivery costs.

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery delays may be experienced due to extreme weather or staffing issues at your local post office.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
