Returns

If you change your mind about a product that you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us within 30 days of purchase and we will happily give you a credit voucher to the original purchase price of that product (less shipping costs) if it is unused, in new condition and in its original packaging. The returned product must be re-saleable.

You are responsible for the return shipping and packaging, and that the product arrives in a good condition upon return. Please ensure to enclose your name and order number so we can get in touch with you as soon as we receive your parcel. In addition, please email hello@monoyaki.com to let us know you have sent it.

Refunds will be given if the product is faulty or wrongly described.
